However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for 20 calendar days from the time you receive it. In general, you will receive a refund voucher of the purchase amount, which you can redeem in our store for ect items or products.
For the return to be accepted it is necessary that the items arrive to us under the same conditions in which they were shipped. This means: unused, unwashed, with all labels and with their original packaging (e.g. boxes, etc.).
The return procedure is very simple:
1.- Once your order has been received, within 20 calendar days, write us an email to our Returns Department firstname.lastname@example.org indicating:
- First and last name
- Order number
- Contact phone
- Item(s) to be returned
Our Return Department colleagues will contact you as soon as possible (within 4-5 business days) and tell you how to make the return. If you haven't received a response, check the 'spam' or 'spam' trays, in case our message has gone there. The return is very simple:
- You will have one week to ship the package with the items you want to return to:

Returns of defective products:
We're sorry if you got a product with a factory defect! The Ordering Department carefully reviews each garment before it is shipped, performing a triple quality control. It is unusual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the item with another one in perfect condition. In that case, we will ask you to send us some photos to check the defect or tare. We will send you a carrier to pick up the package. This means: unused, unwashed, with all labels and with their original packaging (e.g. boxes, etc.).
